•I have paid the fees but cannot attend the course. Can my fees be refunded?

Refunds only take place under the following circumstances:

1) A class cannot be formed because there are not enough students for the level and/or time chosen

2) The course cannot go ahead due to a decision by the University authorities for any emergency or extreme circumstance

Refunds are not permitted for any other reason.
