•Are the courses free? Do you provide financial assistance?

The courses are not provided for free. Fees must be paid. Details concerning the amounts that need to be paid for each course can be found in the information provided in our website.

No financial aid can be provided.

 

•Are any discounts provided?

Reduced fees are only provided for our courses for students who have a Greek passport or ID, or have been recognized as Greek citizens by Court decisions. Proof must be provided in order to be eligible for the discounted fees.

 

•Issuing the RF payment code 

During the application process and before uploading the needed documents, a unique payment code (RF) is automatically generated by the system. Payment is made using this code (see below). This code is unique for each applicant and for each program or examination.

In case an applicant wishes to join more than one program or examination, then a new payment code (RF) will be issued for each program or examination, in accordance to the application process.

 

•How do I pay the fees?

1) Domestic bank (in Greece) 

Payment is made through the RF payment code that has already been issued during the application process. The “Payment to RF code” is carried out from the banking environment of each provider. (An informative video will be posted at the end of the page, for details according to the banking environment of each provider - Under construction

 

2) Foreign bank (not in Greece) 

The fees must be deposited in the bank account of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at any ALPHA Bank branch.  The fees may be deposited directly at the cashier of the bank (Bank account number: 802002001001836) or the fees may be transferred using the ΙΒΑΝ: GR1601408020802002001001836 and Swift/BIC: CRBAGRAA.

[IMPORTANT] In the optional/notes field please type the issued RF code.

 

In both of the above cases, a receipt for the deposit of the tuition fees is issued, which is attached to the corresponding field of the application. 

The amount of the tuition fees is paid once in full. There is no possibility of payment in installments. 

The cost of bank transfer of the amount is borne exclusively by the applicants.

 

•When do I need to pay the fees?

The fees must be paid upon registration. The receipt of payment or transaction details must be uploaded in the application form. If the fees are not paid, an application is rejected.
